Where does Zeus deliver to?

Zeus delivers throughout British Columbia, Canada (please give us a call or email for a quote. We are aiming to post a map of cost zones asap!).

 

Can I get Zeus products outside of BC?

Not currently, but we are expanding!

 

How to do I get my order?

Delivery: Custom quotes are available upon request for delivery throughout British Columbia. Please give us a call or shoot us an email and we'd be more than happy to help you out!

Pick-up: Pick-up from our Vancouver Warehouse is our standard option applied at checkout. We do our best to call you as soon we receive your order to arrange a pick-up time.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Can I get a refund on my pre-order?

Yes, we offer full refunds minus a 5% processing fee.

 

I received a product with a defect.

We sincerely apologize for this! We value delivering quality products, so if you received anything with a defect, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.

 

I changed my mind, can I return my order?

If there is no defect in the product, we accept returns on unused items minus a 5% processing fee. You are responsible for returning the item to us or any shipping costs that may incur.

WARRANTY 

 

We offer a one year manufacturer's warranty on all products. 

This does not cover normal wear from general use or damage from abuse. We pride ourselves on being here to support the community, so all claims will be dealt with personally on a case by case basis. We will resolve all reasonable claims as fairly as we can. Shipping/return costs will also be dealt with on a case by case basis.
