At Zeus Fitness, we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that each situation is unique, and any specific concerns or issues regarding a Zeus Fitness product that a customer may have will be carefully evaluated on an individual basis. We believe in providing personalized attention and assessment to ensure the best resolution for our valued customers.
We highly emphasize the significance of thoroughly inspecting your merchandise upon delivery and promptly notifying both the carrier and our team regarding any concerns. It is crucial to document any damage or missing items on the carrier's receipt to ensure a swift and hassle-free resolution to the issue. By doing so, we can efficiently address and resolve the problem in the most efficient manner possible.

Transferable Warranty
Unlike competitors, our warranty is transferable. When selling or transferring ownership of Zeus Fitness equipment, ensure the original sales receipt is transferred to the new buyer. This maintains the intact warranty coverage, adding value to your investment and allowing others to benefit from our exceptional warranty.

Lifetime Warranty
Zeus Fitness guarantees its product against any defects in material, functionality, and workmanship throughout the entire lifespan of the product. The coverage provided by the warranty will cease when the product becomes unusable due to reasons unrelated to material or workmanship defects. This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the product as long as they remain the owner.

Specific Period
Zeus Fitness guarantees its product against any defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for the period listed in months/years from the date of purchase of the product. The coverage provided by the warranty will cease when the product becomes unusable due to reasons unrelated to material or workmanship defects. This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the product as long as they remain the owner.

Shipping
For all approved warranty claims, Zeus Fitness will provide the return packaging and take care of the shipping costs.

Voiding the Warranty
For all warranty claims, please note that the warranty coverage may become void if the product has been damaged as a result of negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. We prioritize the satisfaction of our customers, and any concerns or specific issues regarding a Zeus Fitness product will be carefully reviewed on an individual basis by a Zeus representative.

Voiding the Warranty of Barbells
Warranty against bending does not apply to bars that have been damaged as a result of negligent or improper use, alterations, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. This includes instances of abusive dropping, such as dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar types of usage.
