At Zeus Fitness, our products are engineered for high-performance training environments and built to withstand repeated dynamic use.

Our warranty reflects this standard. Coverage is based on defects in materials and workmanship and applies when products are used in accordance with approved guidelines.

Product-Specific Coverage

Warranty coverage varies by product.

Certain items, such as select steel components and barbells, may include a limited lifetime warranty, while others are covered for a defined period.

Inspection & Delivery

All products must be inspected upon delivery.

Any damage, shortages, or issues must be:

  • Noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt
  • Reported to both the carrier and Zeus Fitness promptly

Failure to properly document delivery issues may impact claim eligibility.

Proof of Purchase

Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase.

Acceptable documentation includes:

  • Original invoice
  • Order confirmation email
  • Any official Zeus Fitness-issued documentation that verifies the original transaction

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and are subject to review.

To initiate a claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos and/or video of the issue
  • Description of usage conditions and environment

Zeus Fitness reserves the right to request additional information or product inspection before approving a claim.

Shipping (Approved Claims)

For approved warranty claims, Zeus Fitness will provide return packaging and cover associated shipping costs, in accordance with the applicable product warranty terms.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials and workmanship.

It does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper or abusive use
  • Use outside intended training conditions
  • Improper storage, maintenance, or handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes

High-performance training equipment will naturally experience wear over time. This is not considered a defect.

Barbell Use & Protection (Important)

Barbells are engineered for use on proper lifting platforms and impact-absorbing surfaces.

Damage resulting from use on non-approved surfaces or improper loading conditions may void warranty coverage. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dropping on pins, safeties, benches, or rigid surfaces
  • Use on concrete or insufficient flooring
  • Dropping with improper or incompatible plates

Transfer of Ownership

Warranty coverage is generally non-transferable unless explicitly stated in the product-specific warranty documentation.

Where transfer is permitted, valid proof of purchase must accompany the product.
