Our XT lineup features burly 75mm square tube with 17.5mm holes. Numbered holes are spaced every 50mm except through the bench press zone where Westside Spacing of 25mm gives you more adjustability for different athletes.

The stringers are equipped with pre-made slots, enabling individuals to affix them to a typical wooden stud wall (installation demands 4 studs). Our set of stringers is accompanied by all the necessary fasteners (3/8" x 2-1/2" wood lags and washers). However, customers aiming to attach the stringers to a wall constructed from materials other than wood studs will need to independently obtain the appropriate hardware.
