  •  Where does Zeus deliver to?

Zeus can ship/deliver throughout Canada. We have a few standard shipping rates, but we also love taking the time to find you the best rate we can. Please give us a call or email for a personal shipping quote.

As always, local pickup is free.

  • Can I get Zeus products outside of Canada?

We are certainly willing to find you the best quote we can. Please give us a call or email for a personal shipping quote.

  • How to do I get my order?

Free Pick-up: Pick-up from our Richmond Warehouse is our standard option applied at checkout. We will call you within one business day of order being received to arrange a pick-up time.

Delivery: Custom quotes are available upon request for delivery throughout British Columbia. Please send us an email and we'd be more than happy to help you out! product@zeusfitness.ca

RETURNS

  • I received a product with a defect.

We sincerely apologize for this! We value delivering quality products, so if you received anything with a defect, we will get you a replacement product as soon as possible! 

  • I changed my mind, can I return my order?

We accept returns on new unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately there is a 5% processing fee we cannot avoid.

You will be responsible for returning the item to us or any shipping costs that may incur.

  • Can I get a refund on my pre-order?

Yes, we offer full refunds minus the 5% processing fee.

WARRANTY 

We offer a one year manufacturer's warranty on all products. 

This does not cover normal wear from general use or damage from abuse. We pride ourselves on being here to support the community, so all claims will be dealt with personally on a case by case basis. We will resolve all reasonable claims as fairly as we can. Shipping/return costs will also be dealt with on a case by case basis.
