Shipping & Delivery

Where does Zeus Fitness ship?

We ship across Canada, USA, Europe and Australia. We can arrange shipping to any other international destination.

For larger or commercial orders, we provide custom freight quotes to ensure you receive the most efficient and cost-effective shipping option.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes. We regularly assist customers with international shipping.

Please contact our team for a custom quote, as rates, carriers, and delivery timelines will vary by location.

How will I receive my order?

We offer two primary options:

Local Pickup (Free)
Orders can be picked up from our Richmond warehouse. Our team will contact you within one business day to schedule your pickup.

Delivery / Freight
We offer both standard and custom delivery options depending on the size and destination of your order. For larger items or bulk orders, freight delivery will be arranged.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines vary depending on product availability and destination.

  • In-stock items typically ship within a few business days
  • Freight shipments may require additional coordination

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Orders & Changes

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to minimize delays.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Select products may be available for pre-order. Availability will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Pre-orders are fulfilled as inventory becomes available.

Returns & Refunds

I changed my mind. Can I return my order?

We accept returns on new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Please note:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. The following are generally considered final sale:

  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Used or installed equipment

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within a few business days.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or refund a pre-order?

Yes. Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment unless customization is part of the order process. Refunds are subject to the standard 5% processing fee.

Product Issues & Warranty

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We take product quality seriously.

If your order arrives with damage, defects, or missing items:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Provide photos and/or video of the issue
  • Ensure any damage is noted at delivery when possible

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Zeus Fitness products are backed by product-specific warranties.

Coverage varies by product and may include:

  • Limited lifetime warranties (on select items such as barbells or steel components)
  • Fixed-term warranties depending on product category

What is required for a warranty claim?

To submit a warranty claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or video of the issue
  • Details about usage and environment

All claims are reviewed in accordance with the product-specific warranty terms.
