Payment Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your business. By engaging in any transaction with Zeus Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to the following Payment Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Payment must be received in full by the due date stated on the invoice. Payments that are sent but not yet received will not be considered paid.

Any outstanding balance after the due date will be subject to interest and applicable fees as outlined in Section 3.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card (Online Payments)

All online purchases are processed via credit card.

Credit Card (Corporate Orders)

Corporate orders may be paid by credit card under the following structure:

  • A maximum deposit of $5,000 may be made by credit card without additional fees
  • Any remaining balance paid by credit card will be subject to a 3.5% merchant processing fee

Wire Transfer

Customers are responsible for ensuring the full invoice amount is received, including all applicable bank and intermediary fees.

Important:
For wire transfers, customers must ensure funds are received in full by the invoice due date, accounting for processing times and fees.

Zeus Fitness reserves the right to limit or decline credit card payments at its discretion.

3. Late Payment Interest & Fees

Overdue balances will incur interest at a rate of:

2% per month (24% annually), compounded monthly

  • Interest begins accruing the day after the invoice due date
  • Interest continues until the outstanding balance is paid in full

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with collecting overdue balances, including but not limited to:

  • Legal fees
  • Collection agency fees
  • Administrative costs

4. Quotes, Pricing & Order Confirmation

All quotes issued by Zeus Fitness are valid for 48 hours from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Quotes do not reserve inventory or guarantee product availability.

To secure pricing, inventory, and order quantities:

  • The quote must be formally accepted, and
  • Payment must be received in accordance with the payment terms specified on the quote or invoice

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

If a quote is not accepted or payment is not received within the stated validity period:

  • Pricing may be subject to change without notice
  • Product availability and quantities cannot be guaranteed
  • Zeus Fitness reserves the right to cancel or revise the quote

Partial payments or delayed payments do not guarantee allocation of inventory unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Zeus Fitness.

Zeus Fitness reserves the right to allocate inventory at its sole discretion until full payment is received.

5. Invoice Acceptance & Agreement

Acceptance of any Zeus Fitness invoice—whether by signature, written confirmation, or payment—constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to these Payment Terms & Conditions.

Submission of payment confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

  • Suspension or cancellation of orders
  • Delayed or withheld shipments
  • Collection or legal action

6. Wire Transfer & Bank Fees

Customers paying via wire transfer are responsible for all associated transaction fees.

The full invoiced amount must be received without deductions. Any shortfall resulting from bank or intermediary fees will be treated as an outstanding balance and subject to interest in accordance with Section 3.

7. Default & Collection Actions

If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days past the due date, Zeus Fitness reserves the right to:

  • Engage third-party collection agencies
  • Initiate legal proceedings to recover outstanding balances
  • Suspend or refuse future orders and deliveries

All costs incurred in the recovery process will be the responsibility of the customer.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

8. Amendments

Zeus Fitness reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
