Role Overview:
Zeus Fitness is seeking motivated and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium fitness equipment to gyms, fitness centers, and individual customers. This is an excellent opportunity for self-starters with a passion for fitness and sales to earn commissions while representing a trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with gyms, studios, personal trainers, and home fitness clients to maximize sales opportunities.

·         Present and promote Zeus Fitness products and services to prospective clients.

·         Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to effectively position Zeus Fitness products.

·         Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets through effective lead generation and closing.

·         Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications to secure sales.

·         Provide exceptional customer service addressing client inquires and ensuring satisfaction.

Compensation:

·         Commission-Only Structure: Earn competitive commissions on every sale.

·         Potential for high earnings based on performance and sales volume.

Qualifications:

·         Proven experience in sales, preferably fitness equipment, sports, or a related industry.

·         Ability to self-manage, generate leads, and close sales independently.

·         Passion for fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment.

·         Basic proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

·         Strong communication and customer service skills.

·         A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

·         Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.

·         High School diploma or equivalent; degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
