Thank you for shopping with Zeus Fitness. We take pride in providing high-quality fitness equipment and transparent, fair business practices. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations (Before Fulfillment)
Cancellation Grace Period
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet entered preparation, processing, or shipping.
- Cancellations requested within this 24-hour window will be refunded minus non-refundable merchant processing fees (e.g. credit card fees), which are charged by third-party processors and are not returned to Zeus Fitness.
After the Cancellation Window or Once Preparation Begins
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours, or once an order has entered preparation, may be subject to an order preparation and processing fee of up to 15%, in addition to non-refundable merchant processing fees.
- Order preparation may include, but is not limited to:
- Warehouse labour (picking, staging, handling)
- Packaging, palletizing, or securing freight
- Cutting or preparing materials (e.g. rubber rolls)
- Freight booking or supplier commitments
- Administrative and transaction costs
The applicable fee will be assessed based on the extent of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- If an order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled under the Returns section below.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
Return Window
- Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval and the conditions outlined in this policy.
- All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Non-Refundable or Restricted Items
The following items may be non-refundable or subject to additional conditions:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Special orders
- Freight or oversized shipments
- Installation services
- Shipping costs (unless due to our error)
Returned Item Inspection & Condition Assessment
Refunds for returned products are issued only after the items have been received by Zeus Fitness and inspected by our team.
- Returned items must arrive unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund (minus applicable fees).
- Upon receipt, our team will perform a standard inspection to verify that the product:
- Is not defective
- Has not been used
- Has not incurred damage during handling or return transit
If Damage, Wear, or Missing Components Are Found
- Any damage, wear, or missing components will be documented with photos and inspection notes.
- This documentation will be shared with the customer.
- If the item cannot be resold as new, Zeus Fitness reserves the right to apply a reasonable deduction from the refund amount to reflect:
- Repair or refurbishment costs
- Repackaging requirements
- Loss of resale value
The final refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage and industry-standard depreciation practices.
Items Returned in Unacceptable Condition
- Items returned with significant damage, excessive wear, or evidence of misuse may:
- Receive a substantially reduced refund, or
- Be deemed ineligible for a refund
- In such cases, the customer will be notified and may choose to have the item returned to them at their expense.
Fees & Costs
- All refunds are issued minus non-refundable merchant processing fees.
- An order preparation and processing fee of up to 15% may apply for cancellations or returns where preparation work has begun.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by customer first and if deemed to be eligible under the Return Policy and deemed to be an error our our part be returned to customer in full.
Defective or Damaged Items (Our Error)
- If an item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.
- Once verified, Zeus Fitness will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund, including applicable shipping costs.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
- Refunds for canceled pre-orders are issued minus non-refundable merchant processing fees and may be subject to an order preparation fee of up to 15% if preparation or supplier commitments have occurred.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days, or longer depending on your bank or card issuer, for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- In certain cases, Zeus Fitness may offer an exchange or store credit at its discretion as an alternative to a refund.
