Shipping policy
Effective Date: March 17th, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Creative 3D Solutions Inc. (DBA Zeus Fitness) via www.zeusfitness.ca.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
- Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items may require extended lead times
- You must review your order confirmation and report errors within 24 hours
2. SHIPPING METHODS
We ship using:
- Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post)
- Freight carriers (LTL) for oversized/heavy equipment
Shipping method is determined by weight, size, and destination.
3. SHIPPING RATES
- Calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated
- Freight orders may require manual quoting or surcharge adjustments
- Additional fees may apply for remote/rural locations, limited access, or special handling
We reserve the right to contact you if adjustments are required.
4. FREIGHT DELIVERY (CRITICAL)
Large equipment ships via curbside freight delivery only.
You acknowledge and agree:
- Driver is not responsible for bringing items indoors
- You must be present for delivery and assist with unloading if required
- You must ensure safe and accessible delivery conditions
- A liftgate or residential service may incur additional charges
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments
Failure to inspect and document damage at delivery constitutes acceptance of goods in satisfactory condition.
5. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 2–10 business days (parcel), 5–15+ (freight)
- USA: 5–15 business days
- International: varies
All timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Weather
- Customs
- Peak shipping periods
6. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for filing any claims related to loss or damage in transit unless otherwise required by law.
7. INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS (STRICT REQUIREMENTS)
At Delivery (Freight & Parcel)
You must:
- Inspect shipment before signing
- Note any damage on delivery receipt
- Take clear, timestamped photos (packaging + product + label)
Reporting Deadlines
- Visible damage: within 48 hours of delivery
- Missing items: within 30 days
- Marked delivered but not received: within 7 days
Failure to meet these timelines may result in claim denial.
Claim Submission
Email: logistics@zeusfitness.ca Include:
- Order number
- Description
- Photos
- Packaging condition
8. RESPONSIBILITY ALLOCATION
Zeus Fitness Responsibility
We maintain full documentation (photos, weight, packaging records).
If damage is proven to occur before carrier pickup, we will replace the product at no cost.
Carrier Responsibility
Once transferred to the carrier, the carrier is responsible.
If damage/loss occurs in transit:
- You must file a claim with the carrier
- Zeus Fitness will provide documentation support
Failure to file within carrier deadlines (typically 60 days) voids eligibility.
Customer Responsibility
You agree to:
- Monitor tracking
- Inspect shipments promptly
- Provide accurate information
- Submit claims within required timelines
Incomplete or false claims will be denied.
9. MISSED DELIVERIES, ACCESSORIALS & STORAGE
Missed freight appointments or delivery failures due to customer-related issues (e.g., no access, no receiver present) may result in:
- Re-delivery fees
- Storage fees
- Liftgate, residential, or appointment surcharges
All such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
10. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If an order is returned due to incorrect details:
- Additional shipping fees apply
- Restocking fees may apply
11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees are not included unless stated
- Customer is fully responsible for all customs-related charges and compliance with local import laws
Refused or abandoned shipments may incur:
- Return shipping
- Customs penalties
- Non-refundable original shipping costs
12. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Orders may ship in multiple packages.
13. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once marked delivered:
- Zeus Fitness is not responsible for theft or loss
Customers must ensure secure delivery conditions.
14. FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION
We investigate all claims using:
- Dispatch photos and packaging records
- Weight and dimension verification
- Carrier tracking and scan data
Fraudulent, abusive, or unverifiable claims will be denied and may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
Zeus Fitness is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, supply chain interruptions, pandemics, or government actions.
