Welcome to Zeus Fitness. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at www.zeusfitness.ca and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Creative 3D Solutions Inc., doing business as Zeus Fitness ("Zeus Fitness").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

3. PRODUCTS & USE DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

Zeus Fitness sells strength and fitness equipment. Improper use of equipment can result in serious injury or death.

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are responsible for proper installation, inspection, and use
  • You will follow all safety guidelines and instructions
  • You assume all risks associated with use of fitness equipment

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeus Fitness is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use, installation, or modification of products.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free. Colors and finishes may vary.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders are not final until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Inventory issues

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping unless stated.

You agree that:

  • Payment information is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • You will pay all charges incurred

7. SHIPPING & RISK

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs delays or fees
  • Lost or damaged shipments after dispatch

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site (logos, designs, product names, images, text) is owned by Zeus Fitness or its licensors and is protected by law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (SHOPIFY)

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Zeus Fitness, not Shopify.

You agree that Shopify is not liable for any claims related to your purchases.

11. PRIVACY

12. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, feedback, or content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeus Fitness from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in British Columbia.
