Designed to fit both imperial and metric rack systems the Zeus Quick Release System integrates seamlessly into most industry-standard setups.

The system features a Ø28mm barbell with Olympic-style knurling, providing a familiar grip and consistent feel during use. A grooved shaft design works in combination with the included locking bar and pins, ensuring the barbell remains securely fixed in position under load, eliminating side-to-side movement during training.

With 12 positional height settings, users can quickly adjust bar placement to match different exercises or athlete preferences. When under tension, the system locks firmly into place; when unloaded, the bar can be easily released and repositioned thanks to its angled quick-release mechanism, allowing for smooth and efficient transitions between movements.
