The V2.0 ISQR (Quick Release System) is a rack-mounted system for fast, precise barbell height changes without giving up stability under load — built for facilities where the bar moves between athletes all day.

The bar is a Ø28mm grooved shaft with Olympic-style knurling, so it feels like the barbell your athletes already train with. The grooves work with the included locking bars and pins to hold the barbell fixed under load, with no side-to-side movement.

12 height positions at 40mm increments, and roughly 10mm of effective adjustment on racks with 2" hole spacing. Under tension the system locks itself; unloaded, the angled quick-release lets the bar drop free and reposition in seconds.

It fits both imperial and metric uprights. Choose your upright hole size, upright size and inside rack spacing above — contact us for custom shim options if your rack isn't listed.
