The Ø25mm Isometric Barbell is the bar that sits in the uprights for isometric work — pushing or pulling against a bar fixed at a set height, rather than moving load through a range of motion.

The shaft is grooved along its full length. Those grooves are what let the optional V2.0 ISQR (Quick Release System) hold the bar: the locking bars and pins seat into the groove and the bar stays put under load, with no side-to-side creep. A ball endpin with a locking pin on both ends keeps the bar captive in the uprights.

Knurling is our standard Olympic pattern — the same medium-intensity knurl we cut on the Lightning barbell — in four locations along the shaft, so the hand positions your athletes already use are knurled wherever they take the bar.

At Ø25mm the shaft matches a women’s and junior Olympic bar — the smaller diameter suits smaller hands and athletes who train on a 15kg bar.

This is a fixed isometric bar, not a loadable Olympic bar — it has no rotating sleeves. Uprights, racks and the ISQR attachment are sold separately.
