Product Info
The Squat & Calf Raise loads the squat through shoulder pads rather than a barbell, so an athlete can train full-depth squats and standing calf raises on one station without racking, unracking or a spotter.
Because the load sits on the shoulders and travels on a fixed path, it suits high-volume leg work, athletes returning from injury, and anyone who cannot comfortably hold a bar across their back. The pin-loaded stack changes resistance in seconds, which is what makes it workable in a class or a busy floor rather than a one-person setup.
The angled footplate is what lets the same frame do both jobs: feet forward and flat for squatting to depth, or balls of the feet on the edge for calf raises through a full stretch.
Shoulder pads adjust from 31" to 57", so the machine fits a wide range of heights without swapping components. Stack plates are 19.8 lb (9 kg) with a lighter top plate and two micro adjusters, giving usable increments at both ends of the range.
This machine weighs 552 lb (250.5 kg) and ships as freight. Confirm you have ground-level or dock access before ordering, and see Shipping & Lead Time below.
